About Erika

After experiencing a severe allergic reaction just before her 28th birthday, Erika was diagnosed with a life-threatening wheat allergy. What followed was a challenging transition to a completely gluten-free lifestyle, navigating not just the medical realities but also the social barriers that come with dietary restrictions.

Rather than let those limitations define her, Erika turned her passion for baking into a mission: creating treats that are both safe and uncompromisingly delicious. Every recipe is crafted with care, ensuring that no one has to miss out on the joy of a warm cookie, a slice of cake, or a moment shared over something sweet.
